【作家メッセージ】
手仕事はおよそすべてのものづくりの基本である。
クラフトデザインの原点である「機能美」。私はものづくりの前にデザインをベースに手技を活かし発想し新しい作品を製作致しております。多品種少量のものづくりに適し伝統の技を維持し楽しく色々と創作作品を提案することが出来るのです。
暮らしに寄り添う心地よい美を大切に手から手への「ものづくり」の楽しさがあるのでは。
素材の特長を活し「使って楽しいものづくり」を使い手の立場になりながら第一に考え活動しております。
一貫してものづくりをしているのは、発案者であり作り手自身がデザイナーでありそして作り手自身がプロデューサーであるのです。これからも良い作品づくりをし楽しく使っていただく作品づくりを。伝統の原点に立ちながら。

【Message from the artist】
Handwork is the basis of all craftsmanship.
Functional beauty” is the starting point of craft design. I create new works of art based on design, utilizing my skills and ideas. I am able to offer a wide variety of creative works while maintaining traditional techniques suitable for small-lot manufacturing and enjoying creating them.
I believe that the enjoyment of hand-to-hand “craftsmanship” is the most important factor in creating comfortable beauty that accompanies our daily lives.
I work from the user’s point of view, putting priority on “making things that are fun to use” by taking advantage of the characteristics of the materials.
The creator of the product is the designer, and the creator himself is the producer. I will keep creating quality products and making them enjoyable to use while respecting tradition’s origin.

2023年 5月31日～6月4日　フランスサンシールにて５人展。
