【作家メッセージ】
私は糸を染め機で織ります。
経糸（たていと）と緯糸（よこいと）が交錯し、醸し出される色合いや風合いが好きです。
主に、平織と綾織でいろいろなものを作ります。
シルクストールやリネンストール、バッグやアクセサリー、テーブルセンターやランチョンマットなどのデザインを考えて糸を染めます。
扱う糸は、シルク、麻、ペーパーヤーン、コットンなどの天然素材です。織り上がりましたら、仕上げや縫製などをして完成です。
日常生活に彩りをプラスして、楽しくお使いいただけますよう、一点一点心を込めて制作しております。

【Message from the artist】
I dye threads and weave them using a loom.
I enjoy the interplay of colors and textures created by the intersection of the warp and weft threads.
I create various items using mainly plain weave and twill weave techniques.
My designs include silk stoles, linen stoles, bags, accessories, table centers, and placemats. I dye the threads based on these designs.
The threads I work with include natural materials such as silk, linen, paper yarn, and cotton. Once woven, I sew and apply finishing touches to the pieces.
Each item is crafted with care to be enjoyable to use and to add a touch of color to daily life. Please, feel free to take a look at my craftsmanship for yourself.

1980年 京都市立芸術大学 染織専攻科 修了
2000年より 大阪工芸展に出品
2007年〜13年「くらしの美」工芸展 神戸酒心館
